Shots rang out around 3pm Wednesday at Rising Sun and Cottman avenues in Northwest Philly.

According to Action News, four to eight victims were juveniles and three of them suffered a gunshot wound to the leg. A fourth was shot in the chest.

Police have advised people to avoid the area as they investigate the incident.

This is the latest in bus shootings on SEPTA buses in the past three days as Charles Lawson, the Chief of SEPTA Transit Police said: 'We are going to target every criminal code on the books.' "

Black Coomminuty should pay reparations for all the crime, welfare. They can pay in full by returning themselves and all their fam friends and fellow monkey kin back to Africa.

When you can commit crimes like assault, rape, robbery, etc.. and be let out the same day on a zero cash bond... They do not fear the law or punishment. They just expect to be able to get away with everything.

I was never a fan of mandatory minimum's and high cost cash bail but these criminals need to be removed from society and punished. They are not "just like us".

I can imagine it will only get worse as they get bolder and bolder. With no consequences or low consequences. What stops these invaders criminals having a free for all.

I read a study somewhere that it takes about 11 "escalated crimes" before they get to murder. If you can stop them from escalating than they almost never reach the point of murder. When you stop punishing them for more minor crimes you are just asking for the escalation and the end result will be exactly that.
