..this looks just like Seattle/Portland/San Fagcisco/LA....and every other demoncrate run city I have had to visit in the last 15 years....Shit, even Memphis and Niglanta are the same.... Philly looked like that when I was a kid in the late 80's early 90's....we would take class trips and see degenerate filth right outside the doors of the museums in center city.
