Unable to afford the astronomical price

What? It says he has parents and between the three of them they couldn't come up with 540? I'm sorry, I get this is an outrageous price, but if you need it to live you can come up with 500 dollars , what the fuck....

I was thinking the same thing. Even the shittiest of credit cards can get $1000 limit. I hope they sue them into the next world but he could have prevented his own death. If I were him I would have at least a $1000 reserve just in case of something like this happening.

Inhalers don't last for very long if you have severe and chronic attacks. They could have scraped up the money, but what about next time, and the next time, and the next time?

Survival is the ultimate motivator. No joke, I'd rob people for the money if I knew if I didn't get it I would die. Perhaps we've been bred to not to survive, but NOT this mofo.

the Walgreens pharmacist should have contacted Cole's physician about alternative treatments, but failed to do so.

Usually there are suitable alternatives which are covered and that is why one med is denied. It does not sound like he took any initiative to investigate that. My thinking is if it is really that urgent, come up with the money and figure this out after. Yes Walgreens should have helped him, but ultimately you are responsible for yourself.

So the policy changed in the Fall of 2023.

He died January 15.

He lived 5 "agonizing" days.

This guy is a fucking retard.

He could have gone to the ER. He could have opened a new credit card and received it within those 5 days.

He could have found another person with asthma to borrow an inhaler.

He could have done numerous other things.

This is darwinisn at work in my opinion.

This guy is one of those idiots who will sit at a glitched out red light with no other traffic visible and make no personal decision that it's safe to go.

$540 for an inhaler. Two words: Bull and shit. One word: Jews
