Semaglutide has been used w/ great results in bodybuilding communities for cutting & getting competition ready at least as early as 2014, & ozempic a few years later. Iirc, ozempic started hitting the streets when Trump was president so around 2016-2020.
I can get those meds extremely cheaply (about $100 monthly), but for insurance to cover it for fatties or diabetics through their general practitioner or diabetes specialist it can cost upwards of 2k+ per month.
Problem is those drugs do not teach the easiest of lessons, which is how to put the fork down and step away from the table, so there are many stories of fatties continuing to eat obscene amounts even though their body forces them to throw it up.
