I never was able to go to the commonwealth and I am especially too far away to go there now. I had this vision of Northern Appalachia as consisting of rural, well-kept communities, pioneer-style homes covered in snow, and a more "colder on the outside, warmer on the inside" kind of complex soul that does not exist further south. Maybe I am completely off.
