I'm not getting involved. Unless there was risk of immediate harm let the pigs deal with him. We've seen how people doing the right thing get fucked over by the law.
Why would the cops be involved in the first place? They only come to make things worse. Problems get solved long before the cops get called around here.

That isn't how it is where I'm at. Cops are everywhere.
Pretty much this comes down to, "not my problem". So I'm minding my own business.
Someone causing problems at your local bar is your problem. Unless the people that frequent the bar do something they will just come back and do it again. And again... Letting the bloods and crips handle your problems is no way to support your community. My 2¢ and not directed at you specifically.
