Generally, I look at things like this as unnecessary government overreach. Too many people in positions of power- with way too much power. (Read Charlie Wilson's War and get an education on way too much power.)

I don't care one way or the other about paper or plastic bags.

Also, if someone could leave instructions on how to archive for a phone fag, that would be great. Feel free to post an archive link as part of your comment.

There's plastic litterbox liners. I'd recommend getting a new litterbox, then lining it. Or at least, wash the old one out and let it dry completely. Sucks, cuz costs extra now.
