They are finding way more women nowadays. Victim was 17 and California has a hard 18 but no doubt some jew lawyer will try to grey area this one.

I think it's just being reported more to be honest.

Long term data shows that women offend just as much (and sometimes more) than men. It just used to be looked at differently.
