Robert Morris, 64, admitted on Thursday to five felony counts of lewd or indecent acts with a child in Osage County District Court in Oklahoma. Under a plea deal negotiated and accepted by his victim, Cindy Clemishire, Morris was given a 10-year suspended sentence but will only serve six months in the county jail. He was also ordered to pay his victim $270,000 in restitution, and he will have to register as a sex offender In court, Clemishire, now 55, called Morris 'a pedophile, disguised as a preacher' and she directly addressed her abuser, telling him his abuse strained her relationships, damaged her marriages and impacted the way she raised her children.
