Chloe Castro, 28, was arrested Tuesday. According to police, the victim's parents contacted them on Oct. 29 and presented evidence of a sexual relationship between Castro and their son. She was arrested on a charge of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust with a pattern of abuse.
