Saying it, the sick fuck wrote about it in detail. It was a pivotal plot point in IT. When someone fixates on the same topic for decades it's called an obsession and by all observations Stephen King is obsessed with the idea of "child orgies".

Also, that's a parody account. If you look carefully, you'll see that the uppercase letter i has been replaced with a lowercase L. King is still a fucking creep though. That particular section in his It book can only come out of the mind of someone with nonce-like tendencies.
