Minor Caveat: the aunt's claim “The security looked her in the face and allowed this man to bring a minor on to base" is retarded. Security forces isnt going to blink at someone bringing a minor on base. Active duty, contractors, GS, veterans, etc bring minors on base for a host of innocuous reasons including medical care, shopping, tours, etc. Unless the person with base privileges (e.g. an active duty soldier) is *blatantly* commiting a crime (e.g. rolling through the gate while drunk off their ass)...security forces gives no shits.
