Curious that Hamburger Mary's would declare this an attack on their 1A rights. It doesnt stop them from doing drag shows, and it doesnt stop them from serving minors, it just says they cant do both at the same time.
Why is it imperative for them to do this in front of kids?

I agree what this place does is gross and wrong. It's obvious that their shows in the video are are over the top and wrong. But, from the legal argument, is it less explicit than Hooters or wet t-shirt competitions held in public? Hooters is just as "welcoming" to families and can be compared to the fagstaurant in some sense, not one-to-one. If the courts were unbiased, what would be the arguments against this shit that would still justify wet t-shirt contest in public "family friendly" places?
To hell with this drag show B.S. but we need cohesive, and coercive arguments to stop it that the courts can use.
Under the same law wouldn't wet tshirt contest, or waitresses in scantly clad dress dancing and the like be barred? I'm not against that, it's just that those things have been allowed in the past.
