Give me access to top geneticists, an active warzone in a typically healthy white country(need willing and needy surrogates), and a 10 digit budget and I could get you a fool proof process for the genetic engineering of, perfect physiques, perfect metabolisms, custom aesthetics, perfect soldiers, perfect wives, aryan super men, and more, I could probably get you something close to immortality too, maybe even skipping the whole pseudo vampirism we're staring down the barrel of now. Give me a billion a year and before the decade is out I can probably get a system that will enable parents all over the planet to affordably splice in third party DNA to engineer kids, I'd bet I could get the price to about the cost of 2-3 months wages or less(for an american), depending on the success rate it might come with a pregnancy insurance. If parents let us into their child's genetics we could subsidize the process and subvert the 3rd world by only allowing them to pick from white minds, eye colors, and skin tones, while making cost saving deals if they take on phenotypically white features, or features of their race which compliment white features. I could do all of this with just human genes, but if I were unscrupulous and had absolutely no fear of God's reprisal for my hubris In about 15 years for the same budget, personnel, and access to a black site built for purpose and surrogates I could start splicing in animal DNA and maybe even using single celled life and virophages to introduce new organelles in cells to create a range of purpose engineered humanoids but also I'd bet I could start producing engineered living materials for the purpose of construction, deconstruction, materials acquisition, passive chemical synthesis, and as wearables for soldiers, pilots, astronauts and maybe more, I could also destroy nearly every habitat on the planet on accident, but I might be able to engineer certain things to fix that or just terraform shitty barren areas on earth, for example I know I could engineer new species to dramatically boost the earth's oxygen levels in that time. The immortality bit would probably be easier though... I'm not a special person in these regards, just like steve jobs wasn't a unique visionary when he assembled the smart phone, he was just poised to strike and had his finger to the pulse of touchscreen tech, he invented nothing new, he simply assembled the tech when it was ready to go. Everything I mentioned above is possible and we have the technology to begin doing these things and rapidly experimenting and then pivoting to production at scale.
