If a person goes to another country and murders someone, that offence is punished by another countries courts...
No. Unless they're a resident, extradition on charges in home country happens. Unless it does, if there's some sort of political motivation things can go either way.
Personnel of Guantanamo should be held accountable, right?
Tiring subhuman terrorists is bad.
Try again. Also Guantanamo was instituted by the US on a US military base, thus internationally recognized as US soil.
is illegal in the United States for citizens to travel abroad for the purpose of having sex with minors
Also that's how. He broker US law, he wasn't caught in the Philippines for breaking their laws, so nothing about extradition even matters or country of origin .
So you're saying if an American goes to Canada and commits murder, they extradite them to the states to face justice? I've never heard that before.
Not necessarily, but they can. It's how Assange is being treated, Kim Dotcom etc. Many others but I don't have these things memorized. Small crimes aren't "worth" it and normal people aren't worth it either. Think about the news on illegals (spics), they're often attempted to be sent back and not incarcerated here but jew judges and NGOs prevent that from happening so they get released or sent to jail here.
I had no idea. Thx, not good to learn, but thx.
