Nah. Face, neck, chest are significantly worse and it isn't close. There are small but reasonable tattoos I've seen that aren't even remotely trashy or questionable. Girl loses her father to some tragic act of (((violence))) and gets her fathers name + the date tattooed on her ankle / calf etc. That's fine. Anyone who says otherwise is a smooth brainlet.
