I'd say even a relationship with a 17 and 14 is pushing it. There's a large difference in how most think at 17 vs. 14. Really depends on the people involved, too. Some of those situations, it is quite obvious an immature person was taken advantage of. First love, first time they heard loving things from someone and they came from an abusive home, etc. Those types of things can be like crack to abused youngins.

People like me, who could grow a full beard at 13 and was muscular, could pass as 25. Some girls mature quickly, too. So folks should be careful with taking someone home before they know the age.
