It doesn't and that's what we're seeing. I mean, it does but the teachers are child-rapist jews / NPCs so they don't follow the mandatory reporter law and the DAs are of the same ilk.

True, it seems like many schools have laws that they follow and laws they ignore. Victims don't get a fair shake, to protect the "system".
