No. No he is not. It's a ludicrous premise. You commit a crime you pay for it. Period. You may not intend to be, and I don't think so necessarily, but you're advocating for (((Weimar))) policies with this.
Pedos are mostly jews, niggers and spics. Any incentive to murder them is a net gain even if it results in criminals serving shortened sentences.
Yes I understand that as well. However despite what anyone thinks of any of those groups, pedos, kikes, spics, nigger. The extrajudicial imposition of a death penalty is ludicrous. Instead of that (((Weimar))) solution just make child rape etc. punishable by death. Done. Both sides of the issue solved.

Special treatment, like "you get one extra hour of TV per day, per pedophile you murder while in prison" could work. Before you know it, all of the most violent guys would be watching TV 24 hours a day, and there'd be hundreds of dead pedos.
