Sentences shouldn't be reduced based on shit like this. Special treatment, like "you get one extra hour of TV per day, per pedophile you murder while in prison" could work. Before you know it, all of the most violent guys would be watching TV 24 hours a day, and there'd be hundreds of dead pedos.
