I'd bet against it. I bet that it's just yet another muh-think-of-the-children attempt to create a censorship infrastructure for taking down holocaust-deniers.

Edit: And if it's not there to create more censorship-infrastructure to be used against wrongthinkers, it's a scheme to force more people to show their mandatory government ID more often, so that everyone gets his ID verified over and over and over, all day long, and the surveillance-net becomes much closer, so that living outside of the cuck-society with it's KYC-crap for everything and it's mandatory IDs for everyone becomes even more impossible.

You are right, the German court wants to force them to use an age-verification service for the viewers - and not for the girls. These services collect IDs, similar to the ones used by banking and investment websites.
