I'd bet against it. I bet that it's just yet another muh-think-of-the-children attempt to create a censorship infrastructure for taking down holocaust-deniers.

Edit: And if it's not there to create more censorship-infrastructure to be used against wrongthinkers, it's a scheme to force more people to show their mandatory government ID more often, so that everyone gets his ID verified over and over and over, all day long, and the surveillance-net becomes much closer, so that living outside of the cuck-society with it's KYC-crap for everything and it's mandatory IDs for everyone becomes even more impossible.

I remember the "GirlsDoPorn" news making the rounds a few years back. Apparently, that guy would trick young women into thinking they were responding to modeling ads. He would pay one-way tickets for them to come to his studio, then trick them into doing a porn shoot and offer to pay them for the porn shoot and a plane ticket back home. He would trick them by saying that this is was just part of the industry and how most women get their foot in the door. Promises of connections, future gigs, etc. Very convincing arguments because he could pull up b-list actors and prove it. And it really is how some in Hollywood get their foot in the door. But not with these guys - it was just a scam to get cheap but attractive women to do porn.

Not enough money to buy plane tickets home. Taking advantage of poor girls. But....if they had a family who cared about them, that family would drive to their filming hotel and beat the shit out of them. The fact that this did not happen proves they are preying on desperate girls who had no money.
