He's in a room in front of dozens of people watching him while he thanks folks for helping him succeed. You guys know that, right? This made the rounds on reddit a couple of years back with various people questioning it/writing apologetics for it.
My take: kind weird and sus to do this. I wouldn't do this to my future daughters much less my sons. Maybe a hand on the shoulder and a shoulder rub - that's pretty normal. Or a had pat. Or gently resting your hand on the back of their neck so they don't run off but also know you care about them. But rubbing their chest? Man, kind of weird.
Also, he's Warner Brothers property, not Marvel/Disney property - Aquaman is WB shit.
