WHAAAT?!?!?!?

How are they not raided by the FBI for this?

Edit - Read the article. It's just some legal back and forth. Visa's lawyers state that they had a good faith (this is a legal term) belief that they would continue to moderate their content since they had been working with authorities to track down abusers and content creators (this is true but some critics state that they did not act with as much haste as any person would think is normal). PH has an entire department - and had at the time - dedicated to this task. So Visa's argument is that they had good faith that PH was conducting themselves with propriety and the business relationship was valid.

MindGeek has zero tolerance for the posting of illegal content on its platforms, and has instituted the most comprehensive safeguards in user-generated platform history.”

That is great and all but why the controversy about sex slavery vids ending up on their site - some featuring minors? I understand that it is not possible to 100% catch them all, 100% of the time. We do not have the tech yet that can do this (but we have tools that CAN flag known content - the FBI uses it all the time, Microsoft has it, Google has it).

However, I can definitely say that none of this would be happening if the content wasn't in such high demand. The root of all this is the degeneracy. If folks weren't so obsessed with porn, then this wouldn't even be an issue.
