30-40 years ago in Brooklyn, all of this would have been solved very easily. At 3PM, a bunch of guineas with baseball bats would have waited out in the parking lots of the schools to just beat the living shit out of the Principal and any teachers involved in this and all of cars would have broken windshields and flat tires.
