This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. I mean, pedophiles want to have access to children. So where are pedophiles going to work? Where there are children. What are pedophiles going to volunteer for? Jobs that involve being close to children. School teachers, boy scout leaders, foster parents, social workers, playground operators, toy store clerks, preschool workers, birthday clowns, ice cream truck operators, and so on. Not everyone in these professions is a pedo, obviously, but there will be a higher proportion of pedos in professions that get workers closer to children than in other professions.
