The caption said something he'd heard from some other dipshit trying to act tough, "You can't be a boss if you haven't taken a loss."
But the blood obviously wasn't his. It looked like he had eaten something or drank something and the blood was smeared all over his face from it.

I have a theory that Chet Hanks isn’t Tom Hank’s kid (biologically). Go look at all of Tom’s other kids and compare their looks to Chet. He looks nothing like Tom. All his other kids seem to be able to act like decent adults and keep their mouths shut.
