There definitely are, but they don't sell them on the street. Underage street prostitutes do exist but they're mostly runaways not kidnapping victims. I remember there's a really good article about it from a few years back by an anthropologist who studied the problem.

Agreed. That article was poorly received by the mainstream though. There's a lot less of it now, but at the time there were huge LEO budgets and all kinds of non-profits focussing on a human trafficking link to hookers. That guy basically said they were focussing on the wrong thing, they should have been focussing on social services for runaways.
