Agreed. That article was poorly received by the mainstream though. There's a lot less of it now, but at the time there were huge LEO budgets and all kinds of non-profits focussing on a human trafficking link to hookers. That guy basically said they were focussing on the wrong thing, they should have been focussing on social services for runaways.

Many. I wasn't suggesting allowing government child trafficking operations more access to victims. Still, there clearly needs to be some kind of provision for children who run away from abusive homes.
