When you win every argument then you are making them a loser. Imagine having to deal with the "loser" version of someone every day. They will resent you. Resent is pure poison.

Right, but it can't be in the sense of '50/50,' it has to be more of the man in charge who makes all the final decisions (and preferably brings in the most, or all, of the money, otherwise it might not work) ...
...all the final decisions but loves his wife like a queen, she is 'built' to submit in such a situation (though with many failings, that men usually call 'bitchy' but he's far from perfect himself)...
...it's not easy and many fail who don't work things this way.
