I was just thinking the same. We would need to buy the existing trains and take them out of service so that they are even MORE crowded, leading to more crowding deaths, accidents and stampeding.
This is a good plan. Maybe we can give them, like free rides, to a vacation destination. They will need lots of concentration to get in the vacation mood. We could call them concentration camps. Have pools that are only 3 ft deep, but say 10ft on the edge, add like 20-30 diving boards all around.
Then maybe a place where they can worship their cows and fuck their goats, course we would need to fumigate that area when they are worshiping so they don’t get sick.
The women could have seeing classes, maybe some lampshades.
