Indian National, Meer Patel, 23, of Murfreesboro, TN, stole a $1M scratch-off lottery ticket from a customer at a Shell station on Greenland Drive.
The Antioch dad bought two winners ($1M + $40). Patel paid him only for the $40, trashed the big one, dug it out on camera after the customer was gone, and then tried claiming the jackpot. It was all caught on camera!
