Their whole conversation about deleting data was recorded. The HR person left the Microsoft Teams call after less than three minutes and they left it open in the background by accident. They probably would have been caught anyway, but their conversation laid out exactly what happened and why.
They didn’t need the Teams call or any kind of remote communication to talk. They were living together in the same house (likely with 26 other pajeets).
