It winds around the sides of mountains and there are many narrow parts where you have to stop and look ahead to make sure nobody else is already in the horseshoe, then go (it is only meant for one car to be traveling in either direction at a time). If you are already in the part that can only fit 1 car, you have the right of way. When you are 3/4 through such a stretch and you now see a car coming at you head on, guaranteed it will be a paki driving at you.
