In addition to that: for any trucks coming in from Canada or Mexico, pull the driver out and test them on their ability to speak and read English. Fail anything and they are denied entry to drive here. IF they pass that, they have to pass a driving test to be eligible to drive on our roads. Fail either of those 2 and they are barred from driving in the U.S. for 20 years.
