India is a developing nation – its legal structures, enforcement mechanisms and low-level infrastructure are still evolving.

Almost universally the term “developing nation” is used to describe nations that are already as developed as they will ever be. India is not a “developing nation”, it is a decaying shithole. It will never be any better than it is today. If anything it is getting worse. India was in better shape when the British ran everything for them.
