Showing my ignorance here, what is the opium den?.
I've been doing 5 year maintenance on a neighbours car this week, plus on top of that I'm putting right a relative's car(that passed a couple of months ago) and then selling it on, the house that we are in the process of sorting out like one of those hoarder houses that you see on the TV(or used to when I last watched in 2012), life is very full on at the minute!.
I would enjoy being a hermit and living as far away from modern life and civilization as is possible, sadly there's no where left to escape unto!.

Thanks for that, I take it that you're having to move to a previous area?, As you've said there will be some good memories and some bad, life can be a bitch but hopefully you will end up somewhere you want to be (eventually).
Precisely. My life is like a constant sitcom, so I make of it what I will. I'm gonna miss this place, but I'll probably move back.
Can you get me a James bond car? Or at least soupe up my ebike
