"There's a monster on the loose, It's got our heads in a noose, And it just sits there, watchin'." One of my albums from my misspent teenage years. I changed the lyric in the quote above. The original reads "It's got our heads *into* a noose" which is just too painful, gramatically, to be tolerated.
