Not sure but think it was from longterm neural decline disease. All of the sudden had to stop playing guitar while singing 10(?) ago. Then started having voice probs, but only in recent years. How sad. Yeah it sounds like what my cousin (female) had, at 59 years old, forget the name, but it's a steady downhill thing and not curable.
