It's cool. They really resisted releasing singles for just that reason, but of course the Record Company was more interested in revenue than meanings. Pretty much what this song could be about.

We're all in this together whether we like it or not. Yesterdays gone and tomorrow may never be, but it might. A good friend tells me to Think better, not more. Sometimes I don't view thinking as the best way, that's why music is important. Not the lyrics necessarily but the music itself. It's your coloring book, draw outside the lines if you want.
