No really. You shouldn't be eating a goddamned thing from a box, bag or can, unless you canned it yourself in a glass jar.

Everything you eat has fake "nutrition" added to it. I.E. the vitamins added were grown in a lab. Hows vitamin c derived from corn sound? Natural? No. It's a fucking fake nutrient that does nothing but bog your system down. Go eat some fuckin leafy greens and brussel sprouts. Not because you like it, but because your body needs it. And you'll eventually like it.

Brussels sprouts are one of the worst offenders when it comes to smelly farts.

They have both raffinose and high sulfur content, but they continue to be some of the best vegetables you can eat.

Oddly enough I've recently been reading about my detox and methylation DNA. Not that I have a fucking clue what I'm looking at still, but I did learn that I don't metabolize sulfur well. Maybe this is why I don't fart from it! lol.

You may need an Iodine suppliment unless you eat a lot of seaweed... 8pol nazis turned me on to that a year ago and it has a noticeable effect.

I put spirulina in my shakes, which we eat pretty often. I would eat more seaweed if it wasn't so freaking expensive. I really enjoy the little flaky sheets but man, they're gone before I taste them! and $$$$

We also eat raw <goat> milk, homemade yogurt, and Himalayan sea salt which are all supposed to contain iodine.

Hope my kid never kicks me in the shin cause his are twice the size of mine.

I don't care where your apricot is grown, it's still superior to the crap they're selling in boxes, cans, and bags. I would wager that it's still superior even if they sprayed the shit out of it, because the shit that's in the store is sprayed, too.

Adelle sounds like she was saying that complete nutrition is needed through a varied diet, which is something you don't get through manufactured anything.

I don't buy any slam pieces by any msm.

My kids drink freshly squeeze goat juice every day. I squeeze it twice a day, to my sometimes irritation. The goat doesn't mind, she likes her grain and sunflower seeds and alfalfa and pumpkin seeds, etc.
