I still eat vegetables and lots of greens and kale and fruit especially berries and mangoes.

Eggs (3:1 white to yolk), and any kind of cow, bison, elk, venison, or fish or foul. Pigs rarely and mostly only bacon as my cheat because fuck, bacon man.

I avoid all dairy now except goat yogurt because I personally do better dairy free. I also only have wine and scotch on occasion and in moderation.
