I was up at 545 to run 2.7 miles with verticals in the woods with my dog. Sunday was at gym, benched 235, did 24 chin ups (ok in reps of 8, I’m trying my best).

Start lifting and running, no more excuses! Drink more water, stop eating sugar and processed foods.

Become strong for yourself and your community. Stop being a faggot. That is all.

Body recomposition is where it’s at. Jeff Nippard has a ton of good videos on that on YouTube. AthleanX. I don’t know about the politics of these guys and I don’t care, but the science is overwhelming, and body recomposition definitely works. Works for me. It’s a little slower, but in about a year I gained 20 pounds of muscle and lost 25 pounds of body fat. Not weight, body fat. I hadn’t trained in years because of injuries and cancer and other things i used as an excuse. For anyone new, body recomposition is the way to go. Someone has been training a long time is probably too well trained to pull it off. But for newbies? Dedicate one year of your life to adding another 10 years to your life expectancy.

AthleanX lifts fake weights with shitty form, has retarded exercise routines, and comes off as a colossal faggot, imo.

Going from nothing to something will give you tremendous results, but if you're lifting weights you want to do it correctly (aasgaardco.com)
