I was up at 545 to run 2.7 miles with verticals in the woods with my dog. Sunday was at gym, benched 235, did 24 chin ups (ok in reps of 8, I’m trying my best).

The only non-animal product I consume on the reg is nutritional yeast for the B vitamins. One of my meds I am still on leaches it away, and the umami flavor really helps.
