Fuck these guys. Chiropractic "care" put me on disability for 12 months during my prime. Go to PT. They are not all great but keep looking until you find a good one. Chiropractors are bunk!

If you check him out, you'll see that he's actually teaching how to rehabilitate your problem areas, not telling you that you have to see a chiro to fix things.

Chiro is still a pretty decent way to jump start the process so the muscles aren't spasming as hard and stretch out nicer but I'll have to bookmark this.

I saw a chiro three times a week for six months when I found this guy. My neck and collar bone and hip would all go out of alignment within hours, sometimes by the time I walked to my car, after an adjustment.

The night I found this guy, it stopped. And still hasn't gone back to anywhere near what it was even though I did not faithfully do the stretches he recommended.

Having three children and breaking my neck with a bulging disc was something I thought left it's mark permanently on me. I no longer need the chiropractor. A chiropractor does forcefully what you can do gently, under your control.

I'm skeptical of chiropractic practices, but will check it out. Thanks.

These are stretching exercises instead of chiropractor adjustments. It's what we naturally did as children through play but through getting older we stopped moving as much, maybe injured ourselves, add stress to compound it, and the areas become taut, unconformable, leading to increasing risk of injury.
