i trust a cows biology to make something that it would want its child to drink, i do not trust humans to do anything good for someone else without some massive gov incentive, and usually it will be good short term but deadly long term when gov is involved

It's not milk. Unless it comes from a mammal, it's not milk. Cockroach milk is not milk, because cockroaches do not have tits. Not even tiny little tits on the underside where you can't see them. Mammals have tits. Mammals give milk. I'm trying to be very clear here, because many people seem to miss this point. Soy doesn't have tits. Hence, soy doesn't give milk. See how it works? Yes, soy-boys have tits, but that a whole other conversation.

At the very least, we need truth in labeling. The oligarchs can produce any shit they want, but need to explain what it really is, not what they want us to believe it is. Kind of like trannies, they are fake.

There have been increasing calls to move beyond animal-based food systems to more sustainable forms of food production.

The only ones I ever heard talking about that are the WEF cartel, UN and other oligarchs. Normal denizens are not asking for fake food.
