I think you're confused on this point. It's not that India is FOR street shitters, it's not like we find a street shitter and that's where we send them off to. India is just full of people who shit in the street and shit on the beach and shit on the sidewalk and pretty much anywhere the urge strikes them. And we here in the US just think that is fucking disgusting. So we call them Street Shitters. Because they are.
