REAL ESTATE: I see the mass purchase of properties by blackrock, vanguard, and connected companies, as being the best indicator of an asset bubble. They're protecting their money, not on the real-estate bubble, but through cash flow (others have reported this as well). The engineered collapse of the REITS supports this. Bought at pennies on the dollar, soon to explode higher as a market.
This also indicates to me we will see the municipal pensions crisis go supernova. Why? Because 1. these companies want to buy up all the assets they can, 2. they're gonna want lower taxes, 3. therefore theres every reason to blow up the market. 4. municipalities will try to hike taxes, 5. the companies and hedges buying assets KNOW the hike is coming, which means all the more reason to collapse real-estate.
ON WAR: The u.s. not moving the atomic clock forward, despite the warnings of "nuclear war looming", would indicate to me that they are trying to avoid war, except the continual provocation of russia has inverted that entire predictive paradigm. My earlier conclusion that they were avoiding war has reversed, and I now see them in a quandary where russia has forced their hand. But secondary or ancillary bluffs aren't outside of the rulebook either. I predict, we will, like afghanistan, see a large withdrawal from the fulfilment of our former pledges and obligations. Taiwan will be left to dangle in the wind and forced into third party agreements.
STONKS: Will explode higher, because this is what the fed is familiar with. The last desperate death-rattle of municipal bonds and pensions before dying. Followed by mass bailouts in a pre-hyperdeflationary environment.
SHORTAGES: Massive, followed by defaults and rationing. American oil starts pumping again, with the near total elimination of the SPR (making the defaulting on our NATO and taiwan obligations even more likely).
ON PREDICTIONS IN GENERAL: My early assumptions that signalling method transitioning from "conspiracy theories turn out true", to "hoaxes turn out true", will pan out. And everything prior-written in this post makes the 'hoax' about "a corona-vax mass die-off" more likely .
