This includes mixed-use developments that are springing up across suburbia as towns feed at the trough of money Agenda 21 provides.

I've lived long enough to see the shiny, new apartments that all the $30k millionaires wanted to live in when first built, turn to shit in a few decades. If you live near one of these new developments, it's time to gtfo while the getting's good.

At first, these places and the surroundings are awesome. But, renters don't give a fuck; there's no pride in ownership to compel them to maintain anything management isn't obligated to handle. In time, the property turns to shit and so do the tenants. Next thing you know, the place where a young professional used to live now has a section 8 grandma raising her kids' hood-rat spawn. The property is now in a death spiral and the surrounding area's value is taken down with it.

Also, do not purchase a home near where niggers live, or places that attract niggers... like anything that can become sec 8 housing.

Avoid living next to a KFC, abortion clinic, or methadone clinic, got it.

Or any street named after Martin Luther Kang.

Martin Luther Kang.

His legacy is an insult to the real Martin Luther.

Most people at methadone clinics are white, however they likely got addicted by sources in negro town.

[–] 1 pt

well they probably got addicted by some jew doctor getting kickbacks from pharma

Most people at methadone clinics are white

They're still black to me.

They actually like Popeye's. They stab each other over chicken sandwiches, seriously.

Another easy one: don't live anywhere near any street that has access to public transit.

Lived this one in the 80s. Beautiful white neighborhood 20 miles outside of Baltimore. They proposed a light rail from Baltimore to our area. Cousin was a Baltimore city cop. He kept telling my parents it would bring the niggers to our neighborhood. Can confirm, old neighborhood is now infested. Parents got out about 20 years ago. And yep, they sold their house to a black family. No one I grew up with has family on that neighborhood anymore.

Yup. I moved into my first home recently only to see more apartments just spring up up. It brought in more blacks...... Good thing it isn't my forever home but it does piss me off. I hate the thought I may actually sell my home in the future to a nigger.....

Pull up a map of Popeyes Fried Chicken. It’ll tell you what area to avoid.

Or any fast-growing town/metro area for that matter.

Obama and now Biden want Sec8 to be in every suburb and some leftist run states are onboard for it. Here's an example from WA state where landlords can't refuse Sec8 tenants in WA state (tenantsunion.org).

The problem they are rezonig areas for multi-family dwellings at the drop of a hat. You may live in a single family zone but it won’t stay that way

That’s my apartment in SoCal. Beautiful area with Ferraris and Michelin star restaurants and clean beaches and $30M homes along the coast.

My building was gorgeous a decade ago. Now they took on section 8 government welfare fucks and there is NO WAY these Mexicans and families living here driving $20k cars can afford the $3,000-10,000/ month rent some of these units cost.

It’s insane.

my dad used to rent a pair of duplex apartments. it was in bean town. no shit it looked like these spics were doing engine repair on the carpets. they all cook with grease and lard so the walls in the kitchens were dripping grease. they have no place in white society.

Ehh, $20k is still quite a bit more than most people are willing to spend on a car.

[–] 0 pt

$20k for a car isn’t shit. You can’t get a decent used truck for under $30k unless you’re ok with ton of miles.

[–] 0 pt

Used trucks are typically overpriced, you could get a decent honda with minor cosmetic damage and barely over 100k miles for only a few thousand.

Forever home. LOL. In the past 21 years I have owned three homes, moved 10 times and spanned over 350 miles. My forever home will be accessible by bush plane and be surrounded by pines with a lake view.

I agree with your sentiment, If I can just get there.

Which in California is everywhere, literally. State lawmakers are working on getting a bill passed to outlaw localities from blocking high density housing projects in single-family residential neighborhoods.

Seems like that might be generalized to don't live around people. First off, zoning can change. I've also seen them knock down old neighborhoods to build those little fake cities 20-somethings like to live in. Unless you own the surrounding property, you can't stop them.

Where, probably, most of us would go now might be suburbia before you die. You can try. IDK. Or be willing to vote with your feet.
