Nobodies going to fight the military on the militaries terms that would be dumb. The military is also broke with a bunch of junk equipment they cant maintain and an increasingly apathetic pool of talent. They will be hard pressed to maintain order and will be spread so thin there wont be enough Marine Recon units to go around.
